Your own member / owner number, kept for reference. HOW TO USE THIS FILE 1: Fill in the "Leads" sheet. Keep the header row exactly as it is. Delete the three example rows. 2: Save as .xlsx or .csv and upload it at Leads > Upload CSV. One upload can hold up to 25,000 rows. 3: Other column names are recognised too (Owner Name, First Name + Last Name, Home Phone, Cell, Zip Code, Street Address ...). Columns it does not know are ignored. FORMATS Phone: Any format. 10 digits, or 11 starting with 1. Fake, toll-free (800/888/...), repeating (5555555555) and sequential numbers are rejected. Email: name@example.com. Missing or invalid values are saved as NA. State: FL or Florida (also Canadian provinces: ON, Ontario). Saved as the 2-letter code. ZIP: 12345, 12345-6789 or a Canadian postal code. Format the column as Text in Excel so ZIP codes keep their leading zero (02108); a lost zero is repaired automatically when the ZIP is known. DUPLICATES Same phone twice in the file: Only the first row is kept. The other rows are listed in the error file as duplicates. Phone already in your room: The lead is skipped. A lead is a duplicate if ANY of its phones matches ANY phone on an existing lead. COMBINED ADDRESSES One column: Put the whole address in ADDRESS and leave CITY, STATE and ZIP empty, for example "123 Main St, Orlando, FL 32801". On upload the app splits it into the four columns (you see a preview and can switch it off). Works with or without commas, full state names, ZIP+4, apartment / PO Box lines and Canadian postal codes. IF SOMETHING FAILS Error file: Rows that cannot be imported are never dropped silently. After checking your file you can download an error file listing the row number, the reason, and the original data, fix those rows and upload only them.
