Acceptable use policy
CallRoom Pro is used to contact real people about things that matter to them, often their money. To keep it trustworthy, every room agrees not to use it to do any of the following.
Calling and messaging
- Call or message anyone in breach of telemarketing laws, including do-not-call registries, calling-hour limits and consent requirements, or ignore a person's request not to be contacted.
- Remove a do-not-call flag without a lawful basis, or import lists you don't have the right to use.
- Use automated dialing or prerecorded messages in ways that need consent you don't have.
- Use automation flows, the info email, offer emails or invitations to send email to people you have no right to email, to send deceptive or spoofed messages, or to keep emailing someone who has asked you to stop.
Advertising and selling
- Make false or misleading claims, such as availability or prices you can't honour, hidden fees, guaranteed results, or affiliations you don't have.
- Advertise anything you are not authorised to advertise, or publish prices or details you know to be false.
- Collect fees or omit disclosures in breach of the laws that apply to your industry (for vacation and getaway offers, including any state-specific rules).
Data and security
- Store full payment card numbers, bank passwords, government ID numbers or health information.
- Try to access another room's data, probe or overload the service, bypass deal lockdown, masking or permissions, or share accounts.
- Use signing records (IP address, location or device details) for anything other than documenting and defending your own agreements, or collect them without the notice the law requires.
- Share your info email webhook token or a customer's personal offer link with anyone who should not have it, or use a token or link you were not given.
- Scrape, sell or misuse customer data, or keep it after a valid deletion request.
Reviews, evidence and payments
- Publish fake, paid-for, undisclosed-incentive or otherwise inauthentic reviews or testimonials, or review dates that are not real, or mark up reviews or ratings (for example in structured data) that are not genuine reviews from real customers.
- Publish false or misleading facts about your company on the company facts page or anywhere else on your website, such as a license, registration, credential, address, team member or years in business that is not true, or present yourself as another company.
- Alter, backdate or fabricate signing records, contracts or evidence, or sign an agreement for someone else without authority.
- Dispute or reverse a charge for a period of service you used, or submit a chargeback without first contacting billing@callroompro.com.
General
- Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful content, or malware, including through the media library, blog or events pages.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or to harm others.
The AI rebuttal generator
- Use it only to draft sales rebuttals to objections that timeshare owners have actually raised. Do not use it as a general chatbot or for any other task.
- Do not try to get around its rules or limits, including by hiding instructions in text, notes or other languages, asking it to reveal how it works, or sharing a seat to get more requests. Refused attempts are recorded, and repeated attempts pause the person and can lead to suspension.
- Do not enter card numbers, security codes, passwords or other sensitive data, and do not ask it to produce guarantees, pressure tactics, fake testimonials, invented figures or false claims about your company or anyone else.
- Review every suggestion before you use it. You remain responsible for what you say to owners.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or close rooms that seriously or repeatedly breach this policy, with notice where reasonable. Report abuse to Stephens Quantum LLC at abuse@callroompro.com.
