One system instead of three subscriptions.

Fair is fair: GoHighLevel costs less per month than CallRoom Pro. It's a general marketing platform you configure yourself, it charges for usage, and it doesn't come with getaway week listings, client logins or a chargeback evidence packet. If those don't matter to you, it may be the better buy. Product names are trademarks of their owners; CallRoom Pro isn't affiliated with them.

Straight answers

What CallRoom Pro is not.

We would rather lose a sale than surprise you later. Here is everything it doesn't do.

Not a dialer, and it never will be.

Agents call from the phones or dialer you already use. CallRoom Pro decides who to call next and records what happened.

No SMS or texting.

There is no text messaging anywhere in the product. Email, contracts and your website do the follow-up.

Not a general CRM.

It's built for call rooms that rent getaway weeks and run resort listing websites. If you sell anything else, a general CRM will fit you better.

Listings don't publish themselves.

Your team publishes each listing with one click when you decide it's ready. Nothing goes live on its own.

Not a payment processor.

CallRoom Pro never charges a card. Cards are saved in your own Authorize.net account and you run payments there.

Not a law firm.

You write your contracts and disclosures. Signing evidence helps you answer a dispute; it can't guarantee the outcome.

Not a lead seller.

We don't sell or supply leads. You bring your own, import them or collect them on your website.

No refunds, so try it first.

Payments are non-refundable. That's why every room starts with a free 7-day trial and there's no contract.

See it before you believe it.

Click around the real product with made-up data, then start a free 7-day trial. No card needed to start.
